About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

British Passport -Hanoi - Guangzhou - Auckland (NZ) - 24hrs free transit visa

Hi, as holding British Passport, i need to transit in Guangzhou for 6hrs for my flight from Hanoi (VN) to Auckland (NZ), i have 24 hours free visa transit. What do i need to do in advance to obtain that 24hrs free transit visa? Or I just need to present my ticket and passport at the Immigration on arrival?

Thanks

Your itinerary is fine for 24 hour visa free transit. You will print out your tickets and present them at check-in in Hanoi where you will declare that you will travel from Hanoi to Auckland via Guangzhou using 24 hour visa free transit. After a short inspection, you will be allowed to board the plane. In Guangzhou you will just remain within the transit area and when asked by immigration, you will just repeat the same thing as in Hanoi.

Please, just use correct terminology. This is 24 hour visa free transit and not 24 hours free visa!
