About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Two different airports in Beijing

Does it matter if I use two airports in Beijing to get 144-hour-visa?

Travel plan: Europe-Beijing (Daxing) and Beijing (Capital)-Russia

As PKX is not yet open it still legally isn't on the list of visa-free transit. Try posting the question again after 28 October as this one may be buried in the archives to see if there are any updates.
