Transfer EVA Airlines to Scandinavian Airlines - luggage on 2 separate bookings

Hi,

I have a 2 hour 15 minutes transfer time between EVA Arilines arriving from Taipei on 12:35 and Scandinavian Airlines departing 14:50 (on business).

As it is separate bookings I understand I have to pick up my luggage and check in again. Is time sufficient for this?
