q visa with infant

good day. hope someone can answer me..
my boyfriend is Chinese we have baby/infant already and not married yet... his family want us to go in their place... if my bf request for invitation letter will they ask for a marriage certificate? how can we go with my infant?

Yes, a marriage certificate is probably required if you want to apply for a q visa for yourself. You should contact the embassy and see what to do.
