Transit Visa necessary for Myanmar citizen in China

Do I need a visa to transit in Pudong International Airport & Kunming Changshui International Airport as a Myanmar citizen?
I plan to fly from Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan to Mandalay, Myanmar.

If the total layover in China adds up to not more than 24 hours, you don't need the transit visa.
