Cancelled Residence permit and work permit
My previous employer cancelled my work permit and residence permit with 30days humanitarian visa. I have a new work permit labour card, police temporary residence form filled and decision grant letter with my new employer applied which was received after my exit out of China. My cancelled residence permit is still valid but with a cancelled stamp on the visa. What can I do to return and apply for my residence permit without starting from the beginning?
