About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Shenzhen Visa on Arrival for Mexican passport coming from Hong kong

I've read on some other website that if my passport has a Indian stamp (i think is visa) i cannot get the VOA... is it correct?

Sorry, but I have no idea of that. As far as I know, having a Turkish stamp may bring you some difficulties, but not Indian stamps.
