About:Holiday Schedule of Chinese Embassies/Consulates

Is Mumbai consulate closed?

We need to fly on 20th? Is there any chance we Visa uf we apply? Heard Mumbai consulate is closed till 16tb n opens on 17th.

Actually you should go to the Mumbai Chinese Visa Application Service Centre to apply. As far as I know, it won't close till 16th October, 2019.
