About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

TRansit visa for Indian passport holder but with expired USA work visa

Hi,

I am travelling from USA to India and the transit is in PEK (Beijing) for 5 hours. I have a valid Indian passport with more than 6 months of expiration date but USA stamped visa is expired.

Do I need to apply for transit visa for PEK ?

You don't need a visa and don't need to go through immigration if Beijing is your only stop in Mainland China.
