About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

my passport will expire in 2 months and half and i'm transiting in Guangzhou for 5 hours

hi,my passport will expire in 2 months and half and i'm transiting in Guangzhou from Singapore to go the US.
i will be at the airport for only 5 hours.
Do you think the airlines in Singapore will stop me from boarding?

Unfortunately, the validity of your passport will almost surely means that you will be denied boarding. If I were you, I would not even try to book a ticket before I renew a passport.
