Karl, you can very easily calculate, yes calculate, whether you are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit or not.

Your itinerary that is of interest to Chinese immigration authorities is:

Copenhagen - Chengdu - Guangzhou - Cebu

Now, you just have to calculate your entire transit time in China, from your first scheduled landing, in your case in Chengdu, until your last scheduled departure, in your case from Guangzhou. If that time is less than 24 hours, you are definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and if your transit time is just 1 minute longer than 24 hours, you will need a Chinese transit (G) visa obtained in advance.

Now, you can inform us about your entire transit time for a confirmation.

Great. All we can do now is to conclude that you are definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you don't need any kind of visa. Anyway, because of your very short layovers, you will have to accomplish your formalities in a hurry. I hope you are traveling on a single (through) ticket because in case that you lose your connecting flight, the airline will be responsible.
