L Visa - 30 Days Stay - Double Entry

Is it possible for a Philippine Passport holder to get a L Visa Double Entry and 30 days duration of stay?
Already obtained L Visa before and it was 30 days Single Entry.
The Itinerary is Laos-China-Mongolia-China-Vietnam-Philippines
