Question

Hi, my wife is arriving SH via Pudong Airport this end of October. Based on the above information, will you agree with her travelling to Longyang Rd using Maglev and then taxi from that station to her hotel?She has only 1 check in luggage and 1 hand carry trolley. Will it be cheaper to just ride a taxi from the airport? What will she show to the driver for easier communication? It is my wife's first time to travel to China alone. Thanks.

If take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the cab fare is CNY 150 to CNY 170.If you want to find a cheaper way, you can take subway line 2 to Century Avenue and transfer to metro line 4 to Dalian Road. Then take metro line 12 to Tilanqiao, Exit 4. Afterwards, walk southwest around 650 meters to find the destination.
