Tourist Visa upon Arrival to Luohu, Shenzhen for Malaysian

Hi,

We decided to visit Shenzhen for a few days.
I have been granted a Chinese visa by Chinese embassy/consulate in Malaysia more than 5 years ago but i no longer keep the visa.
My other friends have not visited China before this.

If we apply VOA at Luohu port, will it be approved?

Thank you.

The recent practice indicates that Malaysian citizens are not eligible for 5 day Shenzhen VOA, unless they have been granted a Chinese visa previously by Chinese embassy or consulate. In other words, only you could be eligible for the mentioned VOA, but you have to bring a passport with old visa that should be in fair condition. Your fellow travelers are not eligible for this VOA. In any case, I would suggest you to obtain a Chinese visa in advance.
