According to the requirements of the Chinese Embassy and Consulate General, all applicants aged between 14 and 70 inclusive need to come to the Visa Center in person to submit their application and their fingerprints will be collected. If you want to entrust someone else to do so, the entrusted person will be responsible to confirm with you about the submission and the fingerprint collection.
