Shenzhen by ferry

Please advise if I go to Shenzhen by ferry from HK, which is the nearest ferry terminal for my onward journey to Chaozhou using the high speed rail? Next, how to get from the ferry terminal to the high speed railway? Thanks.

You can take ferry from HK Macau Ferry Terminal to Shekou port. Then you need to Shenzhen North Railway station to take train: Take metro line 2 from Shekou port to Chiwan station, then take metro line 5 to Shenzhen North Railway station.
