About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

S1 visa in Macau to apply for family reunion visa in China

In order to apply for Chinese family reunion visa for my daughter, she has to have any kind of visa for China (since our country has no visa 30 days stay policy and she can't get tourist visa because of that). Can I apply her for S1 visa in Macau? I have work and residents permit in China.

She had better apply from her home country. It she doesn't have a residence permit in Macau, it's hard to apply for mainland China visa there.
