About:China Family Reunion Visa

Can minors sponsor a family reunion visa?

A friend recently divorced his Chinese wife but is living here on a family reunion visa. They have minor children. Can they sponsor the Visa?

Yes, if their children are Chinese citizens or have long-term residence permit in China, they can sponsor the visa of your friend.
