About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Chengdu

Shenzhen - Hong Kong - Chengdu - Los Angeles

Will I be eligible for visa free entry?

In reality, Shenzhen should not be mentioned at all. I assume that you plan to travel/stay in Shenzhen somewhere in the future, but it should not be presented within your itinerary. After you have exited from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, everything is reset and you start a new cycle.

Your new cycle will be an itinerary:

Hong Kong - Chengdu - Los Angeles

This itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit, but you should take care that you are not allowed to have any additional landing within mainland China!
