About:Hong Kong Hung Hom Station

For train ticket from Hong Kong to Guangzhou where should i collect the ticket while in Hong Kong?

Also, for departure from Hung Hom, the departure point is same as the Hung Hom MTR station?

If you are looking for normal trains from Hung Hom Station to Guangzhou East Station, we are sorry that we cannot collect tickets from railway station. We need to arrange paper ticket delivery to your hotel in HK instead. You can offer us the hotel information in our booking form.

Hung Hom Railway Station is not the same building as MTR station, by beside in walking distance.

Thanks for your reply. If I plan to buy 27 Jan ticket from HUng Hom to Guangzhou and 28 Jan ticket from Guangzhou back to Hung Hom, can I collected both tickets and have it delivered to my hotel in Hong Kong? How can I do both transactions together?

Yes, we can deliver tickets for round trip together to your hotel in HK. You can input trip from Hung Hom to Guangzhou as "trip 1" and return trip as "trip 2". You can then submit the bookings together in one go and pay one delivery fee. We will arrange delivery of both trips together to your hotel.
