visa on arrival requirements

Hello. I am from Kyrgystan and I am getting visa on arrival, as advised by embassy, what are the requirements or documents needed for visa on arrival in Macau airport. Trip is for 5 days.

Proof of funds of no less than HK$5,000 (immigration may ask to see cash for certain nationalities), proof of accomodation and return ticket (ticket departing HK is fine if flying out from there).
