About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

144 hours visa twice in one month?

We have friends visiting soon. Can they apply for the 144hours visa twice in one month?
Belgium -> Shanghai (less than 144hours) -> Seoul -> Shanghai (les than 144hours) -> Belgium

There no limits on frequency of transit or duration of stops in first and third countries.
