About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Im a filipino and a hong kong permanent resident do i need to apply visa before entering shenzen?

Am i eligible for VOA?

Yes, you need to get a visa before entering Shenzhen. As you are a Filipino, I'm afraid you cannot get the VOA.
