About:Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport

Will be arriving in Shenzhen Airport on 12th October at 2305hrs.

We are group of 3 adults with 4 large bags, will need to go to Aloft Guangzhou Tianhe (365 TianheBei Road).
At 2305hrs, I assumed all public transport will be closed, am I correct?
Anyone can suggest, how to get to our hotel in Guangzhou at that time.

It is suggested to stay one night in Shenzhen airport. Because your hotel is in Guangzhou city. There is no public transport running at that time and the taxi fare is expensive. In the next morning, you can take intercity bus (9:00 - 20:00) and get off at Guangyuan Coach station, then take taxi to your hotel.
