Transfer from International to domestic at Beijing Capital Airport

I will come by International flight from Pakistan at T2 after 4 hours my next connecting flight to Hangzhou from T3 . kindly tell me about baggage, I received my baggage in Beijing or Hangzhou ?. My ticket make together with transit.

First of all, your transfer time is enough. Don't worry.
In addition, for the international to domestic transfer, here under is the detailed procedures:
Arrive at the International Arrival Level → Health & Quarantine → Inspection → go through the Entry Frontier Inspection → go to the International Baggage Claim Hall → go through the Animal & Plant Quarantine (sample check) → accept the Customs Inspection located north of the International Baggage Claim Hall → enter into the I-D Transfer Hall → finish domestic flights transfer procedures & deliver baggage → pass the Domestic Security Inspection →Waiting & boarding
