transfer from international to domestic at beijing capital airport

I will come by International flight from Pakistan at T2 after 4 hours my next connecting flight to Hangzhou from T3 . kindly tell me about baggage, I received my baggage in Beijing or Hangzhou ?. My ticket make together with transit.
