About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Stay in China after expiry date

I am traveling to China on October 26, and Returning Nov 9, my Chinese visa expires on Nov3. I know that I can enter China, but do I need to do anything as my departure time is after the visa validity time of Nov3?

Jenny, as long as you enter before the expiry date and your stay duration is not beyond the allowed stay duration on your visa, it's fine. Nothing needs to be done.

Than you so much Paul! My husband told me the same thing. I carefully read the instruction on the Chinese visa application I got the same conclusion. Thank you so much! I was panic earlier, as it is a big trip for me do not want any surprises.
