Taking a cruise from Tokyo next October ending in Shanghai. Visa exemption...???

From Shanghai - Baoshan International Port we take a 4-hour ship excursion with a drop-off (same day) at the Shanghai-Pudong Airport (PVG)... Fly back to Montreal in the afternoon.
What kind of "Visa" document... do I need... and is it free... and where do I obtain it...???

I think you can enjoy the 144h visa-free transit in Shanghai. It's free of charge. However I'm not sure whether you can obtain it at Baoshan International Port. Please double check this with the cruise company.
