Question about ending relationship

Earth Dragon man (DOB 12-31-1988) in a relationship with a Wood Dog female (August 1995), first 2 years and a half, all was good, after that things went down. Reaching 5 years in relationship, Dragon man wants to end the relationship. As 2024 is the Tai Sui chasing Dragon people's luck, which could be the best date for break-up before the Year of the Dragon starts or which month can be beneficial for me as Dragon man to do it.
