I need to travel from HKIA to Double Tree By Hilton Hotel Guangzhou, Dongfeng Middle Road

You need to take shuttle bus from the airport to Guangzhou first. You can get off at Jinan University station, then take bus B4A/B4/B3 to Middle Dongfeng Road station, and walk around 50m to your hotel.
