About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Do I qualify for the 144 Hrs. Visa Free Transit

I am planning a trip from Portland, Oregon U.S.A. to Tianjin, China to Beijing China, to Portland, Oregon U.S.A. Travel will be completed within 144 hours. Do I qualify for the 144 hour visa free transit?

USA-China-USA is obviously not a transit to a third country and therefore doesn't qualify for visa-free transit.
