Can I obtain work permit in China with currently holding only Travel Visa (10yrs)

I've already in the past (2017) got my documents notarized (Criminal Record Check & Bachelor Degree). Obtained my work permit and now it got expired. Back then, I had an employer. This time, I am travelling from Canada to China for work without an employer at the moment. I already had most of the process completed to obtain work permit in china, but now I am planning to go with my documents and meet the employer there. Do I need to get my documents(CRC and Bachelor Degree) notarized again? As well, anything else I am missing? Thank you

So you plan to go to China with the 10yrs visa and then apply for a Z visa there? If so, you had better have your documents notarized again because they are required when applying for the work permit and Z visa.
