About:China Visa Fees

Myanmar citizen living in the US, US>Guangzhou 14 hr> Myanmar

I am a citizen of Myanmar, currently living in the US. I will be going home to Myanmar in Dec. My layover is in Guangzhou for 14 hours. Am I eligible for the 24 hours visa-free transit?
