Hi there, my Canadian friend is going to visit Dubai. He decided to go to China afterward.

Can he apply for China visa in Dubai?does he need any documents of residency in Dubai?

He can possibly apply from Dubai if he has a valid visa there. However, it's strongly advised to apply from Canada if possible.
