About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is there a limit to how many times one can use visa-free travel in China?

I'm an American citizen, and previously stopped in China (Taiwan>Beijing>Seoul) and was given a sticker that allowed me to stay for 24 hours. Now, I am going to be traveling through China about 5 more times this year (various routes, like Los Angeles>Beijing>Seoul) on routes that I know qualify for the visa-free travel rule because they all follow the country A>B>C rule, all stop in Beijing, and are all less than 3 days. My question is, does anybody know if there is a limit to how many times one could do this before having to apply for a tourist visa? Has anyone experienced trouble or raised some eyebrows trying to enter China after doing this several times? (I had a good experience with this the first time because it was free and relatively quick and painless and would love to keep doing it).
