Invitation of parents while temporary resident

Hello
I have a valid M visa and a temporary resident permit.
1/ can I host my parents in my flat for a little time?
2/ invitation letter: am I eligible to issue one? Is the process just to produce one of my own and send it to my parents for their visa application needs abtoad? Or should I rather submit it to the local pub (police) to get a stamped invite letter from them?
3/ when they arrive should they get a temporary resident permit at psb?
Thx!!

1. You can invite your parents to live in your flat during their stay in China.
2. You should write the invitation letter according to the requirements and send it to your parents for thier visa application.
3. If they just come to China for a short stay like tourism, they don't need to apply for the residence permit.
