My boyfriend is going to China on business for 2 months and I will be travelling with him, but not working.

Will it be possible for me to get a get a multiple entry tourist visa as I will be travelling in and out of Hong Kong.

Also, I have an Irish and an Australian passport - can you recommend which passport I use for the Visa?

Yes, it is possible for you to get a multiple-entry tourist visa. If you are applying in UK, you should use the passport you enter into UK with.
