1. You can either submit your application to the Melbourne branch of CVASC or to the HK Immigration Department.

2. You need to fill the application form ID 1003A, which can be obtained on the website of the HK Immigration Department.

3. The application documents include your passport, application form, residence permit in Australia, travel itinerary, roundtrip tickets, hotel bookings, and financial standing proof.

4. You need to wait for about one month. The cost include the visa fee, postage, and service fee to the CVASC if you apply from there.

5. The visa is usually valid for three months.
