About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 hours visa free for syrian

Hello, i'm a syrian passport holder travelling from UAE to Beijing to South Korea. Am i eligible for the 24 hours visa free transit?

Yes, you are if your entire transit time, starting from your first scheduled arrival, until your last scheduled departure to/from China is less than 24 hours. Of course, you have to plan your itinerary that it does not include Urumqi, Xiamen and Guangzhou airports. The reason is simple, if you travel through any of the mentioned airports, you as a Syrian citizen, will need a visa. Of course, if Beijing is your only stop in mainland China, you are definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and consequently don't need any kind of visa.
