i have the work permit and all my papers are ready, what do I need to apply for the visa in Sri lanka?Do i need the medical check?Can i have the Z visa at the same day by paying extra fees?

Yes, you also need the Physical examination report from local state-owned hospital and the copy, and the Police Clearance Certificate. The rush service (same day service) are available if you pay extra fee.
