paying hongkong visa from usa

I am an Indian citizen living in USA and want to visit Hongkong. How would I pay the payment to the Hongkong embassy for a fee. do they accept USD ?

You could pay by the cashier order or a bank draft. The cashier order or bank draft should be issued by a bank which has a connected bank in the HKSAR and made payable to The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Cash is not acceptable and they only accept HKD.
