First completed the visa application form on the website of China Visa Application Service Center in Doubai and then make an appointment at the website before you go to the service center in person to submit the required documents. Two year multiple-entry visa is not available in Doubai. You'd better apply for it in your own country. Or you could apply for the one-year multiple-entry visa., which costs AED 615.
