About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Working visa

Hello I already have a working visa (fly attendant) until year 2021 but I don’t work anymore. With my girlfriend we would like to apply for a 24 hour Without Visa as we stop in Beijing for 20h on our way to Australia (from London). Is this an issue for the immigration service ? My passport is already use for the immigration in Australie so I can’t change it.

This is not a problem at all. Having or not having this or that visa, if your entire transit time in mainland China is less than 24 hours, you are perfectly eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. Also, assuming that you are a French citizen, you should know that in case if you have just one stop within mainland China, you are also eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in several larger Chinese cities.
