I currently hold a working visa (Z-Visa) is it possible for Nigerian nationals to apply for X-1 visa

I recently quit my job for study, so it would be late for me to go back and apply for X-1 student visa from my country. Is it possible to get a student X-1 visa in Thailand with Thailand Tourist Visa for Nigerians living in China? I would appreciate your feedback :))

If you are still in Chin, you could change the work visa into X1 visa at local Public Security Bureau (PSB) Exit and Entry Administration office after you get all of the required documents.
