I will be on a world cruise with Costa Cruise Line. We arrive in Shanghai for one day . Then another day we go to Hong Kong. I am a US citizen but a permenent resident in Canada. We arrive in later March 2020.

You said No  I don't need a Visa but a Costa representative says I do! I am on an excursion in Shaghai and noticed that if on an excursion I do NOT need it. I am getting mixed information. Can I get a letter from you indicating that I do not need a visa please!
