About:Urumqi - Kashgar Train

Kashgar to kunming

Kindly guide me, I wanna travel from Kashgar to kunming by train, is it suitable for first time? My routes are 1)Kashgar to urumqi 2) urumqi to chengdu 3) chendgu to kunming.
Is this all travel will be suitable for me from pakistan or by air will be better?

Your train route is workable but it should take quite a long time / days on the way. Flight will be much faster.
