About:Marriage Registration in China

Working on a spouse visa

I am a Canadian, I just married a Chinese woman and we are planning on living in China. I don't have a bachelors degree which is a requirement for a working or teaching visa. If I have a spouse visa and residence permit would I legally be allowed to earn money in China, whether that's working for a company or just tutoring English?

Thanks for your help.

You cannot work with a spouse visa and residence permit. The bachelor degree is a must for a work visa. For teaching, you may also have 2 years of teaching experience.
