About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

S1 Visa problem,the new law

My mother is living with me and my brother in China ,I’m international student ,when I went to immigration they refused to make a new visa for my mom because they said I’m older than 18 ,they said is new law ,do any one know about it !?

You're adult now and your mother can not use the old visa now.
