About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi I am going to a trade show

I fly from Norwich to Guangzhou with change at Schipol and Bejing to Guangzhou landing at 12.45 Sat 15th Feb 2020 and then fly back from Guangzhou at 00.05 Fri 21st Feb 2020 to Schipol and then Norwich - will I be eligible for 144 hour visa free ?

You obviously do not qualify for 144 hours transit without visa. First, you're not even in transit. This is a Netherlands-China-Netherlands round trip. Second, two stops in China (Beijing, Guangzhou) would limit you to 24 hours transit without visa anyway. You must get a visa or change your flights.
