Q2 for Residence Permit

Hi there. I really want to ask. I have been married here in China a couple of months ago. But I have no idea how to get a residence permit. Every after 3 months I am changing my visa to be able to stay. Now I currently holding a Q2 visa but still no residence permit. My husband is very young and does not know how to do it too. My current visa now is soon to expire and I am pregnant. Please help me. What do I do?

You cannot get a residence permit with a Q2. Only after you get a Q1, you can apply for a residence permit which may last for one year at the local exit and entry administration.
