US-Korea (transit only)-Beijing(stay for 4days then take a train to Shanghai)-HK

Hello,

I am traveling from US via korea airline and will stop at Beijing a few days then take a train to Shanghai for two days from that I will fly over to HK. 6 days total for Beijing and Shanghai, do I need a visa? Am I qualify for 144HR free visa? Thank you for all of your help.

Yes, you need a tourist (L) visa.
